Saturday, July 27, 2019 - This wine was truly amazing. No flaws. No sediment. Dark ruby color. Moderate rim variation. And I quote: "Probably the best nose I've ever had from a California Cabernet." Simple perfection. Paired perfectly with filet mignon. Low tannin and acid. Medium alcohol, and, a long finish. This is so, so ready to drink. My only regret, last one I have!!! Enjoy.
