Monday, August 10, 2020 - Dark ruby with a dark fruit nose. Medium fruit and body balanced by a nice acid note. Getting mushroom and forest floor funky notes. Some sour sorrel, not quite ripe Himalayan evergreen blackberries add to the forest flavor.
