Monday, September 7, 2015 - Having really liked another older Pahlmeyer Merlot a few weeks ago, decided to try another and not disappointed. Beginning to think I like their Merlot over the proprietary red sometimes. This is one of the best Merlot to come from California. Big, inky purple, mouth filling and fruity but not over the top, probably benefits from the small amount of cab, this is a delicious wine
