Wednesday, July 2, 2014 - Casual Burg Dinner with Friends (RPM Italian - Chicago IL): Poached pear, hint of apricot and toasted brioche aromas with subtle flora hints. Unquestionably ripe but with enough structural elements that kept this very elegant. Not the most energetic, intense or powerful Batard, but very balanced and incredibly charming right now.
