Friday, December 12, 2014 - Candied nose was not my favorite. Simmered down with time in the glass, and started to experience the elegance this wine should display. If I drank this wine in the next few years I would plan to let it breathe quite some time before serving. Undoubtedly this vintage of GE will evolve for decades.
