Sunday, April 12, 2015 - Drank off a wine list, notes from memory. This was superb. Deft and light, with an abundant floral fruity profile thrown up across a skein of acid and residual sugar. Lip smacking delicous and pure pleasure. Does not taste noticeably sweeter than a Kabinett or Spatlese. Lovely.
