Sunday, September 3, 2017 - 10 years from vintage date and it still has great notes to please both the olfactories and the buds: namely cassis, blackberry, and spiced blueberry; it's dry and still tannic on the palate but that fruit raises it up a notch and the finish goes for the throat with a pleasant combination of cinnamon and black cherry. Still a great bottle of wine.
