Friday, August 5, 2022 - A delicious, jammy, fruit bomb? A little bit. At 15 years, this Barossa Valley Shiraz is still extremely fruit forward, with tertiary scents and flavors simultaneously in full effect. The nose shows plum, fig, warm leather, brown sugar, and candied chocolate orange.

Palate offers spades of over-extracted black and blue fruits. It’s extremely round, almost flabby. Very little detectable acidity, giving an impression of sweetness. If you like big wines, you’ll love this.
