Monday, March 8, 2010 - Had at K&L Sojourn Cellars tasting with winemaker. Most of the wines were too syruppy, extracted and over the top but this one, even the winemaker pointed out, was more "earth driven" for my taste, I say earth driven is best, at least from this particular house. This is 80% Pommard clone and the balance 777 clone. It's mellow, nutmeggy and spicy.
