Saturday, August 28, 2010 - Pinot Noir Tasting (Advisory Board offices): Interesting nose of cherry cola, spices, meat drippings, and sour cranberry. This is densely packed with ripe cherry, clove spice, toasted oak, creamy cranberry. I really loved the nose of this wine, but I thought it would have benefitted from a bit more acidity to balance out the ripe fruit.
