Sunday, June 1, 2014 - At this age, the oak and the alcohol are already ganging up on me. Quite spicy, some fruit (cherry, raspberry) that I think would have been better a year or two ago. On the 4th day under argon, some brett surprisingly appeared, which I think raised it one point.
