Friday, December 4, 2009 - Unbelievable complexity. From the seductive nose right through the long finish - spellbound. First night much less so but 4 days vacu in fridge and when this warmed it became absolutely stellar and very dynamic. Every sniff was a new set of scents. Each taste sent me to a new heaven. Depth, concentration, intensity yet so graceful and balanced. Fantastic. Contemplative. And I need a new vocabulary to begin to describe this.
