Monday, March 21, 2022 - Huge acid and tannins still. Possibly at the expense of some of the fruit. It is getting old. One left. Will decant for 5 or 6 hours and see if it rounds out any. - feb 2-24 wow wow wow. a good place right now- thought this LAST bottle might have problems due to the previous bottles awkwardness, but this is a great finale. balanced acid and tannins, saline and perfume, mocha, marzipan, medium finish, but good to see its hanging in very nicely. great mid body. see what the night brings.- if you have any of this, keep it for 2-5 years. wonderful treasure.
