Sunday, December 9, 2012 - Ruby. Glycerine streaks from the 14% alcohol. Sour cherry, peanuts, clover, clay on the nose. Elegant palate of sour cherry, clay, kirschwasser, and vegetable roots. Some heat, but overall mellow. Better showing than a year ago.
