Friday, June 19, 2020 - Father’s Day 2020. Bouquet leapt right out of the bottle and then filled the room from the decanter! Mature dusty red/orange colour. Spicy vosne on the nose, bright red fruit, slightly sweetness as well. Perfectly balanced on the palate, acid, fruit tannins...for a 54 year old wine with low ullage! Kept going all evening till the last drop - Profound bottle that ranks up there with the 71 La Tache and 61 La Mission!
