Wednesday, December 31, 2008 - Never had anything from Kendall Jackson in the past. Upon opening there was a little funk on the nose. After a minute or so I started to get dark fruit on the nose. I found it fruit forward. Nice mouth feel; round, smooth with a dry finish. The finish had hints of toast that lingered on. It was a delightful. It good on its own as well as pairing nicely with gnocchi a in a tomato and caper sauce garnished with a sprinkling of Parmigiano-Reggiano. Both Rikki and I enjoyed it.
