Monday, March 6, 2023 - I found this really exciting and maybe my exuberance has bumped the score up a notch but hey ho. A new producer to me, this cuvee takes the BdB Extra Brut template and slaps on a dollop of richness and generosity. Broad-shouldered and textural, it shows ripe lemon, a little smoke, some leesy goodness. Drunk as an aperitif and it was fantastic.
