Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Opened with very little expectations given the very difficult Bdx year and a mid shoulder bottle with signs of leakage some time ago. Struggled to get the slightly sunk in cork out with the Durand. Bricking in the glass but clear. On the nose surprisingly clean as well. Dried fruit, some leather and wood spices. Seamlessly integrated for a wine that must had seen quite some sugar added. A touch medicinal but not oxidized. Very nice
