Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Didn’t have much experience of drinking win from this producer. Had a glass after the wine was being opened for 2-3 hours, on the nose, dark fruits, brown tea leaves, roasted herbs, and modest smoke, on the palate, strong underlying structure yet the tannin was chewy but not intense and there was some acidity into finish. Certainly more traditional and rustic style in wine making, fruits seemed a bit fading, I felt it was a bit peakish in wine condition.
