Tuesday, December 21, 2010 - Pale straw color. Tight and a bit dry on the palate on pop and pour. Much more pleasure on day 2. A touch of sulfur on the nose, with grapefruit, nectarine, and crushed rocks. Off dry and a touch spritzy on the palate, with lime and orange citrus, and nectarine, and lychee flavors. Light on its feet. Nice minerality and plenty of acid. Medium length, citrusy, slightly tart finish.
