Wednesday, October 19, 2011 - Wonderful, dry, food friendly wine. Very light color, acid and fruit, but in fine balance. Tasted with grilled octopus with (lightly) pickled onions and arugula. Superb pairing, as the light fruit and minerality, plus very slight smoke from the wine blended with the food. A perfect bottle to introduce chardonnay hounds to a great food wine.
