Thursday, May 31, 2018 - Lime and (marzipan?) nose, palate of lime, peach and hint of mint mid to end. Still loads of spritz and seems greater residual sugar than usual, but delicious and balanced all the same. Drink now for pleasure... or cellar for more glory.
