Wednesday, October 31, 2012 - Dark core, slight watery rim, nose of blackcurrant, spice, cedar, vanilla and menthol, lots going on! Full bodied on the palate with sweet blackcurrant, integrated tannins, spicy and peppery with. Long finish. Only doubt are flavours still quite linear so more time may integrate
