Thursday, November 8, 2007 - Dinner with Craig Haserot - Sojourn Cellars (Vinci - Chicago): Dark ruby in color with aromas of smoke, cherry and earthy notes. Palate has medium body with firm tannins that keep this tight and compressed. Chocolate, earth and dark fruits lie beneath the structure. Still needs time. 91+
