Wednesday, September 13, 2017 - Med golden with orchard fruit, slightly creamy with citrus note. Very concentrated on palate, distinct crisp acidity of chablis with mineral driven core. However, the wine seems to be ahead of itself, perhaps due to oxidation which could just be what it was intended to be, more like a 2003 bt.

9/13/2017 3:12:00 AM - Sad, at less than 10 years old this should be going strong with zero premox before 2025+. My last btl in 2015 was perfect. I'll have to try another soon. I hate premox!
