Thursday, April 29, 2010 - First, it is a disservice to serve this wine colder than 55 deg. It changes dramatically (in a good way) when it warms up. Nice nose with a mix of creamy apple and pineapple. The citrus flavors carried over to the palate with a very round, pleasant mouthfeel, and it retains that nice sauv blanc acidity. One would think that more than 12% new oak was used. These get better every year.
