Restrained but complex on the nose and the aromas open one after the other initially with black cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants followed by an earthy minerality, dried dark fruit and elegant, spicy oak. Rich and opulent, the palate is intense with fruit and liquorice flavours leading the way to a long, stylish finish.
