Thursday, April 12, 2018 - Disgorged October, 2014. 50/50 pinot noir and chardonnay aged 9 months in barrels. Pleasant and stylish, with pleasantly developed and slightly oxidative palate. Palate is fairly tight though, and quite dry, feels like extra brut.
