Monday, May 18, 2015 - What a pleasant surprise. I've had some not very good Etnas lately and was counting on this to come through but it did. Nose is big with black cherry, menthol and dark spice. Palate is redolent of leather, spice, tartness that really keeps the big fruit completely controlled. Ends with an enduring tingly spiceness, which just barely include a little tannic quality. Really nice juice.
