Monday, February 26, 2018 - 2000 Ch. Chasse Spleen offers bflack cherries and cassis in a medium bodied wine. Nice balance with very modest earthiness compared to many Bordeaux wines. Actually, we had it with spaghetti and Italian sausages and, with the perfect level of acidity, it held its own paired against some powerful flavors.
