Wednesday, June 13, 2012 - Epic champagne and white burgundy dinner at chez carmichel's

Another great bottle from DS. One just cannot go wrong with a white burgundy as of late both value wise, and in the product itself.

Greeny-gold, wet wool, mushrooms
Dry, lots of tension, great acidity, incredible structure.
Long, long finish. Great minerality-all the characteristics of a great Chablis.
