Saturday, May 23, 2015 - PnP at a restaurant in a decent but not ideal stem. Eloquent exposition of minerals and fruit with a medium-long finish. Has lost some of its flinty, crystalline youthfulness for better or worse, most noticeably on the flatter than expected nose. The breadth and depth on the palate were impressive nonetheless. Kind of a tweener, no longer doing the limestone and lemon juice thing but not quite ready to fully spread its wings of maturity.
