Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Poured light gold with a green tinge. Fine mousse, soon subsiding. Nose of apple, yeast, lemon, toffee. Secondary development I associate with an aged Meursault. In the mouth, weight, creamy, nutty, then apples and something tropical. Acidity medium and gave a line through the fat profile. Finish was long and developing something savoury. Aftertaste was delightful. Close to best ever white. Shame I've no more.
