Thursday, July 28, 2016 - I would call this a (92) in brackets. The problem was that this bottle still had some CO2 in it. A small shot of bubbles at the start and in the first sip some fizz on the tongue. Well, I thought, that was that. But the taste behind the fizz was so good that we decided to stick with it. Good choice because sip for sip the fizz vanished and the wine which emerged was still drinkable and lovely. Slight sweetness, super ripe fruit, viscous on the palate. Will not write much more as this flaw did likely inhibit the full enjoyment. But by the last 3 or 4 sips would not have noticed anything.
