Monday, October 26, 2009 - Very decent Beaujolais. Strong strawberry/raspberry aromas. The acidity just bursts in the mouth accentuating the strawberry, cherry flavors. Hints of rose petals and clove add to the complexity. Would be a good food wine due to its simplicity and high acid. Nice refreshing quaffer.
