Thursday, September 20, 2012 - I coudn't resist trying another bottle -- the tannins have settled down, but are still prominent and a bit tight. Still, it seems to be evolving into a very good wine. Let the other bottles rest a couple more years, and keep fingers crossed that the fruit holds up.
