Saturday, January 16, 2016 - Dark and youthful. Liquorice nose and black fruit. In the mouth it's smooth as a mole's velvet waistcoat. Cab fruit profile is very pure. Tannins all integrated. This has both good fruit and a lovely secondary savoury profile. Love it.
