Hard to tell, but obvious when compared side by side with a good bottle. :( The lesson from this set of comparisons of known heat damaged bottles to others is that the wine appears flat and lifeless, but not obviously damaged unless you already know the wine. A winemakers nightmare. Most obvious evidence is on the cork.
