Friday, December 29, 2017 - Moderate but not deep yellow. Not a lot on the nose, smells even a bit reductive.
Crisp aged citrus fruit with core of lemon peel, a bit steely. Dry on the back palate. Tastes more like a 4 year old than a 10 year old.
Great seafood wine still and probably better with food.
This bottle does taste a tad reductive, a previous one this month was much more aged and near end of drinking window but warranted a higher score. Both under Stelvin, weird huh?
