Friday, January 30, 2015 - Decanted for 3 hours. Color is dark, dense, purple. There is a fine pumice like sediment on walls of glass. Nose starts of restrained (must decant) then opens to black and blue fruits. Palate is full bodied with a rich texture. Smooth, delicious, black/blue berries, something sweet (subtle port), great integration of acidity and tannin. Long lasting finish. Drinks great now and will only get better. Exceptional wine. 5,14,17,7=93
