Sunday, February 3, 2013 - Nice tête à tête dinner in my home wih lovely company. Smoked wild irish and alaskan salmon with a slightly disappointing 03 DP. Bitter and salty. Very young, but will it ever reach DP standard? For the moment, there are better NV Champagnes out there.
