Friday, February 15, 2013 - Eye: light bright gold color, active bubbles. Nose: floral, candied pineapple, licorice, yeast, aromatics. Palate: white fruit, mineral, slightly acidic at first but softened after 30 min, very nice structure, full body, long finish. Great with caviar and lobster, and practically everything else we tasted with it.
