Saturday, December 19, 2015 - light but flavorful, incredible structure and bubbles. Ready to drink, didnt suffer from the strong woody taste and the sometimes overbearing flavors of lemon. Loved this wine. it was the perfect compliment to Osetra, blinis, creme fresh and minced spanish (purple) onions (after soaked in water for thirty minutes) for our pre Christmas family morning.
