Tuesday, January 1, 2019 - Considered as a difficult vintage. The result remains great 15 years later. Straw yellow hue, gently sparkling, the dominant taste is yeasty layered with white fruits.
we thought that it would last longer in mouth (lack of acidity..thus the 2029 horizon in the drink dates seems far fetched) but overall it's ample, elegant
The association with a blue lobster from Brittany deep sea was a great moment !
