Friday, January 6, 2023 - Thoroughly, surprisingly enjoyable. Has strong secondary notes, but with fresh fruit elements, mostly on palate, clearly present, and decent, not bright, acidity holding it together. On a plateau’ed peak? Not sure where remaining 3 bottles are, but will now search for them.
