Saturday, September 11, 2021 - Decanted for an hour which was plenty. Subdued nose of pencil lead, cassis and cedar. The wine drank well with a medium-bodied, mildly austere palate presence. It exhibited mostly secondary characteristics with a cedar tinged finish. While unlikely to see further upside, I expect this will continue to hold for a number of years. Very enjoyable with charcuterie.
