Thursday, December 24, 2015 - Cork came out well and despite a lot of sediment the bottle tasted great. Turbid and cloudy the wine was clearly aged however it still retained the fruit although the tannin and acidity were light. Was pleased that this bottle was drinkable and quite delicious.
