Tuesday, May 19, 2020 - Such a shame this was my only bottle, as it's rare to catch a wine at such a perfect level of maturity. 40% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Cinsault and 10% each of Carignan, Mourvèdre and Counoise, but less spicy and jammy than eg a 2007 CNDP. A delightful ease to the wine, but retaining sufficient structure, and perfectly poised between forest fruits and leathery old age. I can't stop drinking it!
