Thursday, December 20, 2012 - The color is still sparkling transparent garnet red. In the bouquet a rustic wine with beautiful garrigue, anise and a touch of barnyard. On the palate a beautiful and complex wine with sweet licorice, a lot of good garrigue, spices, beautiful acidity and soft tannin. Overall a really well balanced, elegant and complex wine. Fully mature now and it can be cellared a few more years as well.
