Wednesday, August 8, 2018 - Popped, poured and consumed with dinner and over the subsequent 3 hours. Fill was into the neck and the cork was pristine. Purple-ruby core with just a hint of bricking at the rim. A bit shy on the nose, with aromas of ripe black fruits, green tobacco, and hints of spice. Medium bodied, balanced, and pleasurable. Lacking in texture, grip, and finish. A solid wine that seems fully mature.
